Education
Rounding out her qualifications, Lisa's education begins with a Bachelor of Arts (English major) and a Masters degree in Business Administration. While attending Memorial University, she won a number of awards, including a Dean's Award and the Royal Bank Business Student Writing Award.

She has also completed many professional development courses which amplify her diverse knowledge-base, including Performance Coaching for People and Teams, Crisis Communications, Emergency Public Information, Emergency Operations Centre Management, Emergency Plans and Operations, and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention.
