Personal Background
After spending her early years in nearby Long Harbour, Lisa and her husband Tim Hollett, an engineer at the Come-By-Chance refinery, moved to Clarenville from St. John's in 1999. When not building a better township as Deputy Mayor with the council, she works with Eastern Health in the Planning, Quality and Research Department.

Her resume includes such notables as the Peninsulas Health Care Corporation (Clarenville), Memorial University of Newfoundland (St. John's) and the Canadian Stage Company (Toronto).

From start to finish, she has worked in communications, marketing, planning, disaster management and fund-raising and development, thus gaining the valuable experience and broad perception necessary for managing the needs of our community.

Combined with a highly-regarded political term in office as Deputy Mayor and widespread community involvement, Lisa's insight allows her to think about the long term while focusing on the short. Quickly and decisively rectifying problems or issues as they arise, she is more than qualified to correctly assess the town needs and guide us toward many new accomplishments.
